I became an attorney because I am a natural helper.

I believe an attorney's job is not simply to know the law. It is to help people navigate what can be some of the most difficult, confusing, and overwhelming periods of their lives.

That means listening carefully. Asking questions. Looking at the whole picture. Explaining what the law actually means—not just reciting it. Developing a plan. And being willing to tell a client when I think there is a better way forward.

My job is to give you the information, and legal perspective you need to make informed decisions—and then advocate for you when you decide where you want to go.
